PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Experience - Our people know the industry inside and out and really know their way around a fabric covered building. Key personnel in our engineering, manufacturing, project management and construction areas average 15 years experience in the industry and all have been involved in planning projects around the world. That’s a lot of knowledge you can put your trust in. They know the questions to ask and they listen to your answers. Feel confident that your project is in good hands.

Documentation - If your project requires detailed documentation, we have the infrastructure and experience to respond. We have managed 100’s of pre-qualifications from 20 to 300 pages long – not all fabric building suppliers can say that. Examples of this documentation include:

  • ITPs (Inspection and Test Plan)
  • JHA’s (Job Hazard Assessments) / Safe Work Procedures
  • MTR's (Mill Test Reports)
  • Daily FLRA / FLHA (Field Level Risk / Hazard Assessment)
  • Quality manuals
  • Turnover packages

Pre-Qualification Registration - We are registered on a number of safety, compliance and SCM pre-qualification sites including ISNetworld; PICS, Canqual and Complyworks.

Component Sourcing & Installation / Supplier Sourcing - When your project needs are more than just the shell of a building, rely on our experienced team to advise and manage those details. From sourcing reliable third party suppliers to installing custom finishing details, we'll take care of it.
